RockValley Gardens & Event Venue

RockValley Gardens & Event Venue offers a relaxed country setting for organisers planning weddings, receptions, birthdays, family reunions, fundraisers and other gatherings near Rapid City. Its rural surroundings provide an outdoor setting, while the indoor barn gives hosts a sheltered space for celebrations throughout the year.

The barn measures 35 by 60 feet and can accommodate around 120 to 150 guests, depending on the occasion and layout. There is also a separate dressing and staging area, useful for preparations or keeping event essentials out of the main room. Heating and air conditioning help make the indoor space suitable in different seasons. Organisers can ask about tables and chairs, table linen, and optional setup and takedown services when planning their hire.

The venue allows organisers to bring their own food and non-alcoholic drinks, so they can work with a chosen caterer or make other arrangements. Outside alcohol is not permitted, though beer and wine are available for purchase on site. A bartender can also be arranged as an optional service.

With indoor and outdoor areas, the venue gives organisers flexibility to shape their gathering around the season and style of event. Its position just north of Rapid City offers a countryside atmosphere within reach of town. Prospective hirers can contact the team to discuss their event, available arrangements and a venue tour.
