The estate has several connecting rooms arranged on the garden level. They can be configured as different spaces for dining, cocktails and the day's key moments. The Grande Salle can accommodate around 240 people for a seated dinner, while the indoor and outdoor spaces are suited to large-scale cocktails. The courtyard, lawns and covered area offer an outdoor option, and the landscaped orchard can host a non-religious ceremony or provide a backdrop for photos.
The venue is suitable for weddings, birthdays, christenings, communions and other celebrations, as well as seminars and corporate gatherings. Organisers have access to furniture on site and a catering kitchen suited to suppliers' needs. They are free to choose their caterer, with recommendations available for partners familiar with the estate. A selection of vintage decorative items is also available on request to personalise the spaces.
The team supports organisers with preparation and set-up, while leaving them free to choose their suppliers. The venue includes facilities such as a space for children, private parking with spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility, and step-free access to the rooms. An on-site gîte can accommodate around fifteen guests. Le Clos Magnitot therefore offers a private and adaptable setting for bringing guests, colleagues or partners together in the Vexin.
