Tulsa Botanic Garden

Tulsa Botanic Garden offers event planners a distinctive setting for weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations in the Osage Hills, northwest of downtown Tulsa. At the heart of its event offering is the J.E. and L.E. Mabee Grange, a 2,400-square-foot indoor space with a cathedral ceiling, distinctive lighting and folding doors that open onto a covered patio and the south lawn.

The venue can be arranged for conferences, training sessions, corporate lunches, retreats, galas, donor dinners, holiday parties, birthdays, showers and other special occasions. Wedding ceremonies can take place in several garden locations, with receptions hosted in the Grange. The site also offers smaller outdoor ceremony options for couples planning an intimate celebration.

Packages are available for different event lengths and guest numbers. Depending on the booking, organisers may have access to the Grange, patio, lawn and dressing parlours, as well as in-house tables and chairs. Some packages include garden admission, golf-cart assistance or a photography session. Free on-site parking is available, and basic AV support and a microphone are provided for events in the Grange.

Garden staff oversee venue operations and can arrange a tour, but event planning, day-of coordination and management of external suppliers remain with the organiser. The landscaped grounds, terraces, lake and garden paths provide a memorable backdrop for ceremonies, guest photographs and breaks between meeting sessions. The venue's event team accepts enquiries for corporate, nonprofit, wedding and private bookings.
