Southeastern Livestock Pavilion

The Southeastern Livestock Pavilion is a multi-purpose venue in Ocala, Florida, managed by Marion County. Its facilities serve organisers of agricultural and equestrian events, as well as exhibitions, community gatherings, conferences, training sessions, concerts and private celebrations.

At the heart of the site are two covered arenas, including the Dave Bailie Jr. Arena, with a large clay floor and grandstand seating for more than 4,200 spectators. The north arena can also be hired separately. For events involving animals, the pavilion provides a barn with more than 200 permanent stalls, along with supporting grounds and facilities.

Indoor options include an air-conditioned sales arena with theatre-style seating for around 800, and an auditorium with a kitchen, tables and banquet chairs. The auditorium can host receptions, weddings, reunions, meetings and training sessions, and can be divided into two smaller spaces. A separate reception hall offers further room for smaller gatherings. Outdoor bookings can include the picnic pavilion, field areas and other grounds, subject to availability and the venue's rental arrangements.

The property also has an on-site RV campground with full-hook-up pitches, offering a practical option for event holders and participants attending multi-day bookings. Organisers can request facility hire directly from the pavilion team, which can provide information about spaces, booking requirements and event logistics. With a mix of large-capacity arenas, specialist livestock infrastructure and smaller indoor rooms, the site can accommodate a broad range of event formats in one location.
