Meadow Brook Inn

Set among the woodlands of Charlestown, Rhode Island, Meadow Brook Inn offers a private country setting for weddings and a wide range of special events. Its grounds combine gardens and an outdoor lawn with indoor spaces, giving organisers options for ceremonies, receptions, dining and celebrations in different seasons.

The ballroom is suited to larger gatherings, with a dance floor and room for dining and entertainment. For smaller occasions, the lounge accommodates up to 50 guests and can be used for business luncheons, rehearsal dinners, showers and intimate weddings. The garden provides a scenic setting for outdoor ceremonies, while the lawn can be used for cocktails and guest mingling. The venue hosts one event at a time, allowing its team to focus on each booking.

Weddings are a particular focus, with ceremony and reception options, several package formats, an event coordinator and tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware and flatware included in packages. The in-house kitchen prepares customisable menus, with plated and buffet choices, hors d'oeuvres and bar service. Couples booking a wedding can arrange a menu tasting.

Meadow Brook Inn also hosts corporate gatherings, reunions, birthday celebrations, showers, anniversary parties, sports banquets and holiday events. Its catering service is available beyond the venue, including off-site weddings and other functions, with options ranging from staffed formal meals to delivered food for smaller meetings and home celebrations. Organisers can contact the team to discuss the occasion, guest numbers, venue arrangements and menu needs.
