La Grange du Percy is a community hall available for hire in the heart of the village, in the Trièves. It is part of a former agricultural complex whose history dates back to the 17th century. The venue has retained some of its original character while being adapted to host events and performances.

Two spaces are available. La Grange, listed as having a maximum capacity of 200 people, includes a stage and basic equipment for organising a reception or event. The hall has tables and chairs, an equipped kitchen with a bar, and toilet facilities. Projectors are also listed in the hall's inventory. A second space, salle voûtée, can accommodate up to 149 people and also has a kitchen and toilet facilities.

The halls may be suitable for family parties, birthdays, weddings, association meetings or cultural activities. La Grange also hosts concerts and performances. The two spaces can meet different needs, depending on the format and the arrangements required. Bookings are made through the municipal management office, by telephone or email. Hire conditions, prices and terms of use should be checked directly with the town hall, particularly availability, heating and the equipment included. This rural venue offers a village setting for private or association events, as well as cultural gatherings.
