In Brest, Manoir de Kerleguer offers a distinctive setting for weddings, private receptions and business events. Nestled in leafy surroundings near a pond, the estate combines the charm of a manor house with renovated spaces designed to host groups in a green setting. The venue can accommodate up to 180 guests for receptions, and its spaces are available for exclusive hire.
For businesses, two open-plan, flexible rooms measuring 175 m² and 110 m² are suitable for seminars, conferences, training sessions, meetings and working days. They are equipped with a sound system and a projector. A lounge with a terrace, relaxation area and fitted kitchen is suited to smaller meetings, for up to 30 people seated or 40 for a standing reception. The grounds and esplanade also provide an outdoor setting for continuing discussions or planning group activities.
The manor also offers on-site accommodation, which is useful for weddings and events taking place over several stages. The bedrooms include family suites and a bridal suite, with stated accommodation for 50 guests. For receptions, the hire includes furniture, audiovisual equipment and some practical items. This allows organisers to bring their guests together in one place, whether for a family celebration, a wedding or a business event close to the centre of Brest.
