Vance Ranch LLC

Vance Ranch is a countryside venue in Clewiston, Florida, offering a rustic setting for weddings, celebrations and other special events. The property combines a main barn with open-air spaces, giving event planners the option to shape a gathering around an indoor setting, the surrounding landscape, or a mix of both.

The main barn is described as a spacious room with high ceilings, soft lighting and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Outdoors, the grounds include settings by a pond and beneath the pines, suitable for ceremonies, receptions or time for guests to enjoy the scenery. Cattle pastures are another distinctive part of the ranch, and the cattle can provide a memorable rural backdrop for photographs.

For couples planning a longer celebration, the venue offers a weekend rental package. Listed inclusions include barn access, indoor and outdoor speakers, a paved aisle, chandeliers, a bridal suite, a bar top with a fridge, restrooms, ceremony locations and parking. The venue invites prospective clients to arrange a tour and enquire about package details, so organisers can discuss how the spaces and facilities might suit their plans.

With its indoor barn, outdoor locations and pastoral surroundings, Vance Ranch offers a setting for organisers seeking a private venue away from town. Its combination of country character and event facilities makes it particularly suited to wedding celebrations, while the different spaces give planners room to consider ceremony, reception and guest areas as part of one location.
