Olliewoods Oasis

Olliewoods Oasis is an outdoor and indoor venue in Schertz, Texas, for organisers planning celebrations, informal meetings and group get-togethers. Set beside Crescent Bend Nature Park, the property offers a relaxed setting with room for guests to gather, play and spend time together.

For birthdays, showers, reunions, graduations and other celebrations, the venue has a covered pavilion, a covered pickleball court, a volleyball court and outdoor space for yard games. Organisers can add the climate-controlled Jive Hive, a private indoor room that can also be booked on its own for smaller groups, classes, workshops, clubs and meetings. It includes Wi-Fi, a large screen and a whiteboard, making it suitable for presentations as well as casual gatherings. The wider indoor and outdoor spaces can accommodate groups of up to 100 people, depending on the booking option.

The venue also offers packages for business gatherings, with a mix of workspace, outdoor facilities and opportunities for team activities. Its adults-only backyard option includes access to the pool and games, subject to availability. Events are alcohol-free, and setup and cleanup are included within the booked rental time.

Olliewoods also provides overnight glamping in a teepee and cabin, with access to shared facilities such as the pool, pickleball and volleyball courts, and nature park. These stays can complement a group visit, while the venue's main event offer is a flexible place to celebrate, meet or gather in a relaxed setting.
