CityPoint Loft

CityPoint Loft is a bookable event venue in Chicago's Bronzeville neighbourhood, offering a flexible indoor setting for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. The main auditorium measures 3,000 square feet and can be arranged for different event formats, from theatre-style presentations to seated receptions and standing cocktail events. Its stated capacities vary by layout, with space for up to 150 guests in theatre style, 175 at a cocktail reception without chairs, or 125 for a seated reception.

The venue's rental packages are designed to give organisers a useful starting point for planning. Available equipment includes a large LED video wall, sound system, stage lighting and uplights, high-speed Wi-Fi, portable television monitors, and a selection of farm tables, banquet chairs, Chiavari chairs, highboy tables and round tables. A 10-hour package also includes access to dressing and preparation areas. Organisers can discuss custom arrangements for conferences, workshops, employee events and team-building gatherings, with different room sizes available for breakout groups and smaller sessions.

Weddings are among the occasions catered for, alongside baby showers, reunions, graduations and other social events. The venue also welcomes corporate and community functions, making it suitable for planners seeking one location for both formal programmes and celebrations. Suggested catering vendors are listed, but organisers are not required to use them, allowing them to discuss their preferred suppliers directly with the venue. The building has an elevator and is described as ADA accessible. Prospective clients can enquire about dates, packages and event requirements through the venue's contact form or email, and deposits and contracts are used to secure bookings.
