Château La Cour welcomes organisers of private and business events to an estate in Ombrée d'Anjou, between Angers, Laval, Rennes and Nantes. This early 19th-century residence can be hired to suit your needs, for a day, a weekend or several days. Exclusive use is available from May to September.
For a wedding, the reception rooms on the ground floor provide a characterful setting for a meal for up to 80 people seated. The drinks reception can take place in the park, on the terrace or in the reception rooms. Marquees can be set up outside to accommodate more guests or create several spaces for the reception. Couples can choose their own caterer and hold a non-religious ceremony in the park.
The venue is also suitable for birthdays, christenings, communions, family gatherings and reunions with friends and family. The indoor spaces include two interconnecting reception rooms, a vestibule, a conservatory and a fully equipped kitchen, which is available with the room hire. The 13-hectare park, with its mature trees, is ideal for outdoor drinks receptions, ceremonies or photo shoots.
Businesses can hold meetings, seminars, training sessions, after-work events and product presentations here. The estate can also provide a backdrop for photo shoots and filming. Depending on the package chosen, the château's bedrooms can accommodate around 10 to 14 people, allowing guests to extend their stay after the event.
