Dorfgemeinschaftshaus Kirchbrombach is a municipal event venue in Brombachtal, in the Kirchbrombach district. The municipality rents out the rooms for certain private and community occasions. These include family celebrations for residents of Brombachtal, as well as cultural events, meetings and gatherings of local clubs and organisations that do not charge an admission fee. Restrictions apply to private celebrations, and events such as traditional pre-wedding Polterabende are not permitted, for example.
The venue has a large hall and a small hall, which can be booked separately depending on the intended use. This makes it suitable for gatherings of different sizes and events that require a shared indoor space. Organisers arrange the handover of the rooms directly with the relevant municipal staff. Bookings for Dorfgemeinschaftshaus are coordinated through the mayor's office.
Tablecloths can be borrowed for the tables. There is also a beer dispensing system at the venue, which is charged for separately. Organisers must arrange their own drinks. Waste disposal is also generally the responsibility of the people or groups renting the rooms. The rooms must be left swept clean after the event, and guests must use the designated parking areas.
Dorfgemeinschaftshaus is therefore particularly suitable for local families, clubs and organisations looking for a community venue in Kirchbrombach for a meeting or celebration. Anyone wishing to enquire about a date can contact the Brombachtal municipal administration.
