BrightWater Bay

BrightWater Bay offers event planners a lakeside setting in Wichita for weddings, corporate gatherings, retreats and private celebrations. Its two-storey venue provides 2,600 square feet of indoor event space and can host up to 120 guests. The surrounding property adds outdoor options, including a beach, dock and patio, so ceremonies and celebrations can make use of the lakefront as well as the indoor rooms.

Venue facilities include tables and chairs, large-screen displays, a Bluetooth audio system, Wi-Fi, a wet bar with a refrigerator and private parking. Organisers can choose from open catering options, allowing them to arrange food with a supplier of their choice. Outdoor games and access to the lake offer guests activities beyond the main programme.

For weddings and selected event packages, BrightWater Bay offers exclusive use of the property. Packages can include overnight stays in several on-site accommodation options, along with access to the venue, lake and outdoor amenities. This can suit multi-day celebrations or group retreats where guests want to stay close to the event space. The venue also caters for corporate events and reunions, as well as birthdays and other special occasions.

Event planners can discuss package options, availability and tours directly with the BrightWater Bay team. Capacity and access vary by booking type, so organisers should confirm the details that apply to their event when enquiring.
