Hippodrome de Pau

462 Boulevard du Cami Salié, 64000 Pau, France

L'Hippodrome de Pau offers organisers a distinctive setting for professional events and events open to the public. Set in an area shaped by the Béarn equestrian tradition, the venue makes its spaces available throughout the year, including on days when no races are taking place.

Organisers can choose from several lounges and flexible spaces, including a large hall of around 1,000 m² and six lounges suited to meetings, workshops or dining. Depending on the configuration chosen, the venue can host seminars, training sessions, conferences, annual general meetings, corporate evenings, product launches or Christmas parties. It can also accommodate trade shows, forums, exhibitions and other events open to the public.

Depending on the space, the rooms have equipment useful for professional gatherings, such as screens, a projector, a sound system and Wi-Fi. Catering options are available through partner caterers, for coffee breaks, drinks receptions, buffets or seated meals. The venue also has free parking for around 500 vehicles and is accessible from the main roads.

To complement a corporate programme, activities can be arranged with partners, including an introduction to the world of horse racing, a tour of the training centre, team games or team-building activities. The sales team supports organisers in choosing spaces and preparing their event, taking into account the format, number of participants and equipment required.
