Evergreen Hill

Evergreen Hill is a private event venue in Hamlin, Pennsylvania, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for weddings, family celebrations, reunions, fundraisers and business events. Set in a scenic location close to the centre of town, the property gives organisers several areas to use throughout the day, with exclusive access during their booking.

The main indoor space has a banquet-style setting, a stone fireplace, a dance floor, tables and chairs, smart TVs and a bar. Outside, guests can move between the barn-style area, cocktail space, firepit and several ceremony locations. Pathways connect the different areas, and the site includes paved parking. Couples can also book a private bridal suite with a lounge area and facilities for getting ready.

Wedding options include outdoor ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties, bridal showers and rehearsal dinners. The venue also welcomes birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, baby showers, team banquets, family and school reunions, fundraising events and corporate gatherings such as retreats, training sessions and showcases. Single-day and weekend packages are available, with weekday pricing for some event types. Organisers can also request the venue's preferred vendor list.

A kitchen area is available, with cooking and warming equipment, refrigerators, counter space and access designed to help caterers unload. The property also has a functional bar and outdoor seating areas, giving planners flexibility in how they arrange the event. Evergreen Hill is a venue rather than an event organiser, so clients can plan their own programme and choose the suppliers that suit their occasion. Tours can be arranged for organisers who want to view the property before booking.
