Praesenti

Rue de Tubize 1, 1480 Saintes, Belgium

Praesenti is an event venue complex in the former Ferme du Puits de Sainte Renelde, in Saintes near Tubize. The historic farmhouse and its green surroundings provide a distinctive setting for private parties and business gatherings alike. Brussels, Mons, Nivelles and Waterloo are around a 15 to 30-minute drive away, and ample parking is available on the estate.
Organisers can choose from several rooms, which can be hired individually or combined. The restored barn L'Épicurienne is suitable for larger parties and dinners and has a bar, a small stage and a spacious kitchen. La Célesta offers a lighter space for meetings, seminars, workshops and smaller gatherings, among other things. The Saint-Renelde and La Pétillante rooms are also available. Depending on the combination chosen, the complex can accommodate groups of various sizes.
The venue is suitable for weddings, birthdays, communions, retirement parties, corporate parties and team meetings. The estate has a large garden that can also be used for a ceremony during events. The room, garden and parking are included in the hire. Tables and chairs are available as an option, and audiovisual equipment can be provided through a partner.
Praesenti works with several caterers. Options vary by room: some spaces offer more choice, while specific arrangements apply to others. Organisers can view the rooms and request a quote or a visit to tailor the layout and practical facilities to their event.
