Ponyhof Events GmbH

Mainzer Straße 106, 64293 Darmstadt, Germany

Der Ponyhof in Darmstadt hires out its club and event venue for private celebrations and corporate events. Birthdays, weddings and anniversaries find a fitting setting here, as do Christmas parties, receptions, business dinners and banquets. External organisers can also make an enquiry if their concept is a good fit for the venue.

The rooms combine a club feel with a homely atmosphere. The venue includes a fireplace room, a terrace and a club area with a bar. The spaces can be used for a range of event formats. An acoustic solution helps guests hold conversations, while the lighting can be adjusted. The sound system allows audio to be transmitted between rooms. According to the venue, there is no set closing time for private events.

Planning is carried out together with the team. Organisers can discuss decor, table arrangements, food, drinks, music and individual requirements, among other things. For corporate events, Der Ponyhof presents a range of concepts, sometimes in collaboration with neighbouring businesses. Its in-house catering can also be delivered to other venues. Depending on the size and requirements of the event, the offer may include service staff, bartenders or live chefs. Vegetarian, vegan and allergy-related dietary requirements can be accommodated.

Anyone who would like to get to know the venue in advance can attend the regular open office hours or arrange an individual meeting. This gives event planners and hosts the chance to view the rooms and discuss the key details of their event directly with the team.
