Willow Springs

Willow Springs offers an indoor and outdoor venue in Springville, Utah, for weddings, receptions, family celebrations and other special events. Its bright ballroom features chandeliers and a fireplace, with wide sliding glass doors connecting the room to a covered patio. The patio has lighting, fans and heaters, giving organisers options for gatherings in different seasons and weather conditions. A landscaped lawn and pergola provide additional space for outdoor ceremonies, dining, dancing and informal activities.

The venue is available for private hire, with booking packages that vary by season and day of the week. The hire includes access to the indoor and outdoor areas, as well as tables and chairs with initial set-up. Organisers also have use of a kitchen, a bridal suite with its own bathroom, general bathrooms, Wi-Fi, a projector and screen, televisions, a wireless microphone and sound systems. An on-site event manager is included to help with the venue on the day.

Couples can arrange their own suppliers, as the venue does not require them to use a preferred vendor list. Optional décor packages and additional hire time are also available. The combination of a ballroom, covered patio and lawn makes the space suitable for a ceremony and reception in one location, while its flexible layout can also accommodate parties, family gatherings and business functions. Event planners can contact Willow Springs to ask about available dates, view the space and discuss booking options.
