Kinderschützenfestgemeinschaft Sundern e.V.

Schwemker Ring 99, 59846 Sundern, Germany

The Grillhaus „In der Schwemke“ in Sundern is a rentable barbecue hut with an outdoor area for private parties and smaller events. The venue is ideal for hosts looking for a straightforward place to get together with family, friends, club members or colleagues. The hire price includes the barbecue house, the barbecue area and the equipment available on site. A maximum of 60 people may attend.

The hut is hired by the day. You can check available dates in the online calendar and submit a booking enquiry by email. A contact person is available by telephone to answer any questions. The hire includes a flat-rate charge for water, wastewater, rubbish, hand towels and toilet paper. Electricity and gas are charged according to consumption. A drinks dispensing system is available for an additional fee, and there is also a charge for final cleaning. A deposit is collected when the keys are handed over and is offset against the costs.

There are clear rules for parties with music: music is only permitted inside the hut, and only the permanently installed speakers may be used. Doors and windows must be closed from 10 pm. There are also rules to bear in mind for outdoor events, as music must not be moved outside. A limited number of parking spaces are available directly next to the barbecue house. The venue can be reached from the main road. The venue in Sundern therefore offers a self-contained setting for a day of barbecuing and spending time together.
