Kinross House Estate

Kinross House Estate offers exclusive-use hire of a historic country house and its surrounding grounds for organisers planning private celebrations, corporate gatherings and residential retreats. Set beside Loch Leven, the estate combines formal gardens, woodland and heritage architecture, giving organisers a choice of impressive indoor and outdoor settings.

The main house has individually designed en-suite bedrooms for up to 28 guests, with further accommodation in the Coach House. Its reception rooms suit smaller gatherings, entertaining and dining, while the Coach House adds a baronial dining hall, a courtyard and private spa facilities. Larger groups can make use of the estate's additional rooms and grounds, with garden space suitable for marquee events. The team can discuss event requirements and arrangements directly with organisers.

The venue caters for a range of occasions, including family celebrations, private parties, special events, corporate events and away days. Corporate uses include meetings, incentive programmes, product launches, networking and hospitality. Exclusive hire gives guests privacy across the property, while the house team provides hospitality and can help with planning and event arrangements. Dining can be tailored to the occasion, from intimate meals to larger hosted events, and outdoor settings offer an alternative for receptions and dinners.

With its combination of overnight accommodation, reception spaces, dining facilities and extensive grounds, Kinross House Estate can host both a gathering and a stay in one setting. Its location in Kinross-shire, within reach of Edinburgh and St Andrews, makes it an option for organisers seeking a secluded Scottish venue for a private or business occasion.
