Vanilla Skies Event Spaces

Vanilla Skies Event Spaces provides flexible event spaces in Jersey City for organisers planning weddings, private celebrations and corporate gatherings. The venue presents a modern, adaptable setting that can be styled to suit different occasions, from milestone parties and showers to conferences, seminars, brand launches and company events.

Organisers can choose between distinct indoor spaces and an open-air rooftop, with options for both larger gatherings and more intimate occasions. The business also promotes The Cloud Loft, a smaller venue in Journal Square for groups of up to 80 guests. Its suggested uses include micro-weddings, private dinners, baby showers, creative workshops and small business events. This range gives planners different settings to consider according to guest numbers and the feel they want to create.

The larger venue highlights practical features for event delivery, including an accessible ground-floor layout, parking and loading access. A reception area can serve different functions, such as a bridal suite, dressing room or green room. The venue also promotes a large LED display for presentations, videos and event visuals, supporting both celebratory and corporate programmes.

For weddings, Vanilla Skies lists planning options ranging from full-service support to partial planning and day-of coordination. Its corporate event services include space planning, vendor coordination, timeline development, guest registration support and audiovisual coordination. These services can help organisers manage the venue alongside important parts of the event programme. Vanilla Skies works with clients to shape the setting and arrangements around the purpose of each gathering, whether that is a family celebration, a wedding reception or a business event.
