Heritage Ranch

Heritage Ranch is a rustic barn venue in Sedalia, Missouri, available for weddings and a range of private and corporate gatherings. Set among trees beside a pond, the property pairs the character of a timber-frame barn with facilities for hosting guests indoors and outside. Organisers can plan a ceremony outdoors or use the barn, with the option of an indoor setting if the weather changes.

The barn can accommodate up to 350 guests and is furnished with wooden tables and folding chairs. Its features include chandeliers, a bar and a cake table, while the grounds provide space for guests to gather, take photographs and enjoy outdoor activities. Photo backdrops around the property include a vintage truck, a pond, a dock, a canoe, a swing and walking trails. A fire pit, lawn areas and complimentary parking are also available.

Wedding bookings include access to spaces for the couple to get ready, with a bridal dressing room and a separate groom's cabin. Depending on the package, organisers may have access to the property for the day and use of the venue for a rehearsal. The team also offers decor items for hire, a photo booth and a shuttle cart. Bar arrangements can be tailored to the event, with options including hosted drinks up to an agreed limit or time, followed by a cash bar. The venue has a liquor licence, and outside alcohol is not permitted.

As well as weddings, Heritage Ranch welcomes anniversaries, family reunions, corporate picnics, birthdays and graduation parties. Organisers can bring their own suppliers, including caterers, and can contact the venue to discuss availability, arrangements and pricing or to schedule a tour.
