Upstairs Inverness

UPSTAIRS is a compact live music and club venue in central Inverness, available to hire for gigs and events. With a capacity of around 100-120 people, it offers an intimate setting for organisers looking to bring an audience close to the performance, rather than fill a large hall. The venue is also home to a regular programme of live music and club nights, spanning electronic and alternative music, alongside comedy and other live entertainment.

The space is particularly suited to promoters, performers and event organisers planning a smaller-scale show or club night. Its in-house sound and lighting system supports performances and dance events, and the venue is open to productions that need additional equipment. Organisers can get in touch to discuss hiring the space and the technical requirements for their event.

Set on Bridge Street in the heart of Inverness, UPSTAIRS gives guests a city-centre location for an evening out. Its programme includes both local and touring performers, while the venue hire offer gives organisers the option to put on their own event in the same intimate setting. Whether the plan is a live gig, a DJ-led night or another performance-focused gathering, this venue provides a dedicated space for audiences and artists to meet in the Highlands.
