Stamfordham Village Hall

Stamfordham Village Hall and Sports Pavilion offer two community venues for organisers planning gatherings in Stamfordham, near Newcastle upon Tyne. Both spaces are available to hire for private celebrations, business meetings, small conferences and self-catered wedding receptions, giving organisers a practical local option for a range of occasions.

The village hall can be booked online, with a calendar to check availability and submit a booking request. Hirers can ask to use the kitchen facilities and request tablecloths when making their booking. The hall's website also provides information about hire conditions and charges, helping organisers check arrangements before confirming a date. If alcohol is to be sold at an event in the village hall, the hirer is responsible for obtaining the required Temporary Event Notice.

The adjoining sports pavilion is also available to hire, so organisers can consider which setting best suits their event. Together, the venues serve both personal occasions and local business gatherings, while also supporting community use throughout the year. The village hall is run by a charitable trust, and hire income helps fund the facilities.

Whether you are arranging a family party, a wedding reception, a meeting or a small conference, Stamfordham Village Hall and Sports Pavilion provide bookable spaces in a village setting. Organisers can check the online diary for availability and contact the hall team with questions about the facilities or booking arrangements.
