Elegant Events Hall

Elegant Events Hall provides a private venue in Beaufort, South Carolina, for weddings, receptions, corporate functions and a wide range of social gatherings. The main hall covers more than 5,500 square feet and can accommodate formal events for up to 300 guests. Organisers can also enquire about smaller rooms for more intimate occasions.

Couples can choose to hold their ceremony indoors or on the lawn, then continue with their reception at the same location. Wedding packages include hall hire, tables and chairs, a prep kitchen, table linen and selected tableware. Higher package levels add details such as chair covers, chargers, decorative backdrops, ceiling draping and lighting. Ceremony equipment and styling options are also available as an addition.

The venue welcomes events beyond weddings, including anniversaries, family reunions, birthday parties, conferences, corporate receptions, workshops and graduations. Organisers have flexibility over their catering and entertainment, as they may bring their own caterer and DJ or ask the venue for recommendations. A bridal room offers a private space to prepare, while complimentary parking and Wi-Fi are available for guests.

Alongside the venue hire, the team can provide event decorations and rental items such as linens, table settings, flowers and lighting. This gives planners the option to arrange selected finishing touches through the venue while retaining control over other suppliers and event details. The hall is available by appointment, and organisers can discuss the room, package options and ceremony arrangements directly with the team.
