The Warnham Barn

The Warnham Barn is a restored Sussex barn venue at Rookwood, near Horsham, offering a distinctive setting for wedding receptions, private celebrations and business events. Its historic character, including exposed oak beams and high ceilings, gives the space a traditional feel, while the venue is arranged for contemporary functions.

For weddings and evening receptions, the barn is suited to smaller gatherings. It can seat up to 80 guests for a formal meal and accommodate up to 100 for an evening reception. The team can discuss requirements with organisers and help plan the day. Private functions include birthdays, engagement parties, club dinners and awards celebrations, as well as seasonal Christmas parties. A fully licensed bar serves guests, and food options include meals and buffet-style catering.

The venue also offers a setting for meetings and training sessions. Its mezzanine area is intended for groups of around 8 to 30 people, with Wi-Fi, refreshments and catering available. A private veranda, countryside surroundings and a large car park add practical touches for attendees.

Organisers looking to add an activity can arrange pitch and putt or FootGolf at the neighbouring golf course, which can be used before, during or after a function. The barn is close to Warnham village and Horsham, with Crawley also a short drive away. Event planners can contact the venue to discuss requirements and arrange a viewing.
