The Cellar at Cactus Creek

The Cellar at Cactus Creek is a privately bookable event venue tucked beneath the Cactus Creek shop on Main Street in Weston, Missouri. Guests enter through the shop and go downstairs to a characterful cellar with historic limestone walls, creating a relaxed setting for gatherings away from a conventional function room.

The space is suited to a range of private and community occasions, including birthday parties, wedding and baby showers, bachelor and bachelorette gatherings, fundraisers, yoga classes and do-it-yourself workshops. It can also provide a casual backdrop for corporate get-togethers. The team invites organisers to discuss their plans and can help shape an event to suit the occasion.

Inside, guests can gather around tables or settle into comfortable chairs. TVs, shuffleboard, board games and cards offer easy ways to keep people entertained, whether the event is centred on conversation, a celebration or informal activities. The Cellar also has a bar selection that includes craft beer, wine and canned cocktails. Organisers may bring in food, with local restaurant options available for takeaway or delivery.

Located in downtown Weston, the venue offers a distinctive, intimate alternative to a large hall. It is especially well suited to organisers seeking a welcoming space for a smaller gathering, with drinks, games and a laid-back atmosphere in one place. Contact the team to ask about availability and discuss the details of your event.
