Events at Mill House, Banham

Events at Mill House offers a small, private venue for organisers planning a celebration, meeting or workshop in the Norfolk countryside. The main space is a hand-built cob house with a cosy, characterful feel, suitable for groups of up to 10 people. It has heating and Wi-Fi, and exclusive hire gives each group the space to itself for the day.

The venue can host birthday parties, hen parties, small business meetings and creative or wellbeing workshops. Organisers can shape the occasion to suit their group, bring their own activities and arrange decorations for a celebration. Workshop hosts can also ask for help promoting their event and for a booking service for attendees.

Hire includes use of the garden and picnic tables, as well as time with the resident alpacas, which gives the setting a distinctive countryside character. Refreshments are provided, with catering available by arrangement, including options such as a buffet, finger food or afternoon tea. Guests may also bring their own food.

Alongside private venue hire, Events at Mill House runs scheduled alpaca experiences and seasonal craft and wellbeing workshops. These can include meeting and feeding the alpacas, candle or terrarium making, and mindfulness sessions. Organisers looking for a relaxed setting for a small group can enquire about dates, hire arrangements and the options available for their event.
