The HAIDL-Atrium in Röhrnbach offers event planners a spacious, adaptable setting for private and business occasions. At its heart is a dividable hall covering 625 square metres. Depending on the seating arrangement, it is suitable for around 450 people at banquet tables or up to 800 guests seated in rows. Whether it is a wedding reception, company anniversary, graduation ball, concert, talk, seminar or panel discussion, the layout and use of the space can be adapted to suit the programme.
Facilities include a stage of around 70 square metres with stage technology, backstage and ancillary rooms, and a 30-square-metre screen with a rear-projection projector. The hall has modern acoustics and permanently installed lighting and sound systems. For receptions and breaks, there is a foyer with a counter, a cloakroom for up to 380 items of clothing and additional rooms. A catering area is available, and crockery and glasses can be provided for up to 200 people. If required, the team can put organisers in touch with regional suppliers of food and drink, although catering itself is not the venue's core offering.
The atrium is accessible and has a covered entrance area as well as 250 free parking spaces directly beside the building. Its location between Passau and Freyung makes the venue easy to reach for guests travelling from either direction. Organisers can arrange a viewing in advance and receive support with planning queries. This makes the HAIDL-Atrium suitable for a wide range of event formats, from formal banquets to larger information events and stage performances.
