The Beehive

The Beehive is a multi-space event venue in South Los Angeles, offering organisers a choice of distinctive indoor rooms and landscaped outdoor areas. Set within the historic Goodyear Tract, the campus brings together red-brick warehouse spaces, courtyards and flexible settings for gatherings of different sizes and styles.

The Depot Warehouse is a large, characterful space suited to conferences, galas, corporate retreats, workshops, concerts, markets and photo or film shoots. It can accommodate events for up to 500 participants and has a large LED screen and audiovisual equipment for presentations and visual content. Organisers can also hire the West Courtyard alongside it.

For events that call for a blend of indoor and outdoor space, The Radian offers a sizeable room with a kitchen area and built-in fairy lights. The Mezzanine, overlooking the Depot, provides a more intimate lounge setting with seating and a built-in bar. The SoLa Technology and Entrepreneurship Center is another warehouse-style option, with an open layout and technology facilities for workshops, community gatherings, parties and photo shoots.

Outside, the Main Courtyard features landscaped grounds, a fountain and shaded seating areas. The West Courtyard can be booked on its own or together with the Main Courtyard, and includes load-in access and bench seating. These spaces work well for community events, company parties, concerts and marketplaces.
