Dutch Hall

Dutch Hall is a distinctive event venue in the City of London, set within a Grade II listed building with a history dating back to the sixteenth century. Its historic character, stained-glass windows and high ceilings give events a memorable setting, while contemporary facilities support a wide range of formats. The venue is tucked away on Austin Friars, within walking distance of Bank, Moorgate and Liverpool Street stations.

Four spaces can be booked individually or combined to suit the event. The Great Hall is the largest, with capacity for up to 380 guests standing, 250 in a theatre-style layout or 200 seated. It can host conferences, exhibitions, fashion shows, dinners, receptions and private celebrations. The Van Gogh Reception Room provides a contemporary setting for meetings, presentations, conferences and evening events, with space for up to 200 standing guests. The Library offers a more intimate option for small meetings, private dining or use as a breakout room. An outdoor garden adds another setting to consider.

The venue explicitly welcomes wedding ceremonies and receptions, and couples can arrange a church ceremony separately from their reception and dinner. Event facilities include a catering kitchen, reception and cloakroom areas, and modern audiovisual equipment is included in most hire fees. The team can discuss catering options and technical support for more complex productions. Organisers can hire a single room or combine spaces to create a layout suited to their guest numbers and programme.
