The municipality of Weiswampach offers a tent for hire at the leisure centre, near the lake. This sheltered venue allows organisers to host a party, reception or event in a leisure setting, close to the water. The tent is managed as one of the municipal spaces available to book, and requests must be sent to the municipal administration.
The hire includes access to the facilities provided at the site, including permanent toilets, as well as furniture and equipment. Use is subject to prior approval from the municipality and payment of the applicable fees. A written request must be submitted sufficiently in advance, at least one month before the event, and confirmation must be received before the booking can be considered final. A deposit may also be required.
Requests are considered according to the priorities set out in the municipal regulations. Local associations and clubs have priority, followed by residents and businesses based in the municipality. Associations or clubs from outside the municipality must organise their event in collaboration with a local association or club. The organiser responsible must be present on site and return the venue and equipment in the condition in which they were provided.
For event planners and associations looking for a covered space in a leisure setting, the tent is a municipal option that can be booked directly through the Weiswampach administration. Check the current terms of use and prices with the municipality before planning the event.
