Musikkapelle Bertoldshofen e.V.
- Nebelhornstraße 12, 87616 Marktoberdorf, Germany
The annual programme includes concerts of its own and performances at events across the region. The musicians take part in processions, morning concerts and religious occasions, among other events. The group also provides live music and a regional Bavarian sound at festivals held in large tents. Event planners, clubs and organisers can therefore consider the band as a musical item on the programme for suitable celebrations and public events.
Alongside the main orchestra, there is BerRie's, a joint youth band featuring young musicians from Bertoldshofen and Rieder. It performs at concerts and other festive occasions, adding a young ensemble to the musical offering. The band is part of the Allgäu-Schwäbischen Musikbund and regularly takes part in music competitions.
The website features the band's performances, dates and photos. It also provides information about Schlossbergfest, organised by the band. This festival is an event run by the association itself, while the band is relevant as a provider of live brass band music for external events. For organisers looking for a brass band with strong regional roots, it offers a varied repertoire ranging from traditional to modern pieces.
