Hof ter Rode Poorte is a venue for celebrations and events in Kruishoutem, in a green, rural setting that organisers can book for a wide range of occasions. The venue caters for weddings, baby showers, communion and spring celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries, retirement parties and corporate events, among others. Receptions and gatherings can also be held here.

The combination of indoor and outdoor spaces makes it possible to organise different parts of a programme at one venue. For example, you could hold a ceremony or reception in the garden, followed by dinner or a party indoors. The green surroundings also provide an atmospheric backdrop for guests and photos. There are also options in the garden for those who would prefer to celebrate outdoors. There is ample parking, and the entrance is via Kasteelstraat.

Hof ter Rode Poorte does not offer one fixed standard concept for every celebration. The arrangements are tailored to the organiser's wishes, style and practical needs. Personal guidance is provided, with one dedicated contact who can help with the preparations. This allows planners and event organisers to discuss the venue and the running of their occasion, and have them tailored to their needs.

For wedding celebrations, the venue has space for the different parts of the day, from the ceremony and reception to dinner and the evening party. Businesses can also hold an event here in an informal, rural setting. Anyone looking for a venue for a private celebration or corporate event can enquire directly about the options available and their preferred date.
