No. 2 Vance

No. 2 Vance is a family-owned event venue in downtown Memphis, set in the historic Ballard & Ballard Co. Obelisk Flour Building. Its location beside the Mississippi River gives organisers a distinctive setting for celebrations and gatherings, with river views from the outdoor deck.

The venue welcomes weddings, receptions, private parties, corporate functions, church luncheons, community gatherings and business meetings. Inside, an open, flexible layout, high ceilings, hardwood floors and natural light offer a characterful backdrop that can be arranged to suit different occasions. The deck provides an outdoor option and a scenic setting for guests to mingle or take photographs.

Organisers can make the space their own, with the freedom to choose their preferred licensed suppliers rather than work within a restricted vendor list. Tables, chairs and linens are included, helping make the room ready for a range of event styles. The venue is suited to couples planning an intimate celebration as well as groups looking for a welcoming place to gather, and the team invites prospective clients to arrange a tour and discuss their plans.

With its combination of historic industrial character, adaptable event space and riverfront outlook, No. 2 Vance offers a memorable Memphis setting for weddings and other occasions. Its central location and flexible approach make it a practical choice for organisers who want a distinctive venue while retaining control over the details of their event.
