The Starling

The Starling is an event venue in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward, set beside the Milwaukee Riverwalk. Its contemporary interior features floor-to-ceiling windows, custom lighting and a feature moss wall, bringing natural light and greenery into the ballroom. An outdoor boardwalk area by the water offers another setting for ceremonies, cocktails and guest gatherings.

The venue welcomes wedding celebrations, rehearsal dinners, corporate functions, meetings, seminars and non-profit events. Its team works with organisers on event planning and practical details, with options for furniture set-up and clear-up, bar service and DJ support. Audio, video, lighting and production services are available through Milwaukee Airwaves, part of the wider Two Birds Event Group. Food can be arranged through the venue's catering partnership, so organisers can discuss menus and service alongside their event plans.

The Starling's flexible spaces can host gatherings of up to around 200 guests, making the venue suitable for both intimate occasions and larger receptions. Couples can choose between the greenery-filled ballroom and the waterside boardwalk for key moments of the day. For business and non-profit organisers, the venue offers several areas that can be used for different parts of a programme, from meetings and presentations to a reception afterwards.

The venue is part of Two Birds Event Group, whose wider experience spans event venues, music and production. Organisers can contact the team to discuss their plans, preferred set-up and available options for a celebration or business event in the Third Ward.
