SC Events

SC Events offers a collection of distinctive venues on the Stephens College campus in Columbia, Missouri, for weddings, business meetings, receptions and other celebrations. Organisers can choose from spaces with different styles and capacities, from an intimate boardroom for up to 20 people to a ballroom for large gatherings, a chapel for ceremonies and a theatre-style auditorium.

Kimball Ballroom accommodates up to 350 guests and includes tables, chairs and linens, plus a projector, retractable screen and programmable lighting. The Hugh Stephens Penthouse, with wide city views and a small catering kitchen, suits banquets, cocktail parties and meetings for up to 120 people. Historic Senior Hall has a recital hall and adjoining parlours for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners and drinks receptions. Firestone Baars Chapel provides a dedicated setting for ceremonies, with stained glass, a pipe organ, garden space and preparation rooms. Windsor Auditorium is available for presentations and seated events.

The team provides event management support and invites prospective clients to arrange a consultation and tasting. Catering and bar service is available through the campus's catering partner, American Dining Creations. Some venues include event furniture and linens, while facilities and equipment vary by space, so organisers can discuss the requirements of their plans with the SC Events team. The campus is close to downtown Columbia, with valet parking available. These varied spaces make the collection suitable for both personal celebrations and professional gatherings.
