Be308

Be308 is a privately bookable event venue in downtown Beaumont, Texas, offering a characterful setting for celebrations and gatherings. Its vintage-inspired style, mid-century touches and tall ceilings give organisers a distinctive starting point, while the flexible layout makes it possible to shape the space around the occasion and chosen décor.

With more than 2,500 square feet across two levels, the venue includes a light-filled downstairs area, an upstairs space with a loft-like feel, a prep kitchen and two bathrooms. Large windows bring natural light into the main room, and the open, adaptable arrangement can suit events such as bridal and baby showers, birthdays, graduations, anniversary celebrations and other private get-togethers. Organisers can also enquire about using the space for other types of events.

Rental packages offer different lengths of access, with tables and chairs included. Depending on the package, additional furnishings and linens are available, with options such as couches and a champagne wall offered as part of selected packages or as add-ons. The venue also shares a list of preferred local suppliers for customers seeking help with other event arrangements, while allowing organisers to choose their own suppliers.

Prospective clients can check availability, enquire about a date or arrange a tour before booking. Be308 is suited to organisers looking for an intimate, customisable venue where they can bring in their own ideas and create a setting that feels personal to their event.
