Le Hall3

Rue Edouard Valcke 37, 7500 Tournai, Belgium

HALL3 is a characterful event venue in Tournai, based in a former industrial hall. Its original architecture and distinctive interior give the space its own atmosphere, while the layout can be adapted to suit the type of event and number of guests. Depending on the configuration, the venue is suitable for groups of around 50 to 150 people.

Organisers can book HALL3 for a wide range of occasions. These include weddings and receptions, birthdays and family celebrations, as well as corporate parties, after-work events, workshops, team-building activities and conferences. The venue is also available for public events such as concerts, performances, markets and exhibitions. The hall has a stage and is equipped with sound, lighting, a large screen and Wi-Fi, among other facilities. There is also a bar, with options for catering or a food truck.

The venue offers various packages tailored to the type of event and the desired arrangements. For example, organisers can choose a package with tickets or one where guests do not pay for their own drinks. For business meetings, there are options including breakfast, lunch and corporate parties. HALL3 can advise on the layout and help coordinate catering, music, drinks and other practical arrangements. This allows organisers to adapt the space to their programme, from an informal gathering to a festive evening.

HALL3 is located on Rue Edouard Valcke, close to the centre of Tournai. Organisers can request a visit or contact the venue directly to ask about availability and receive a tailored proposal.
