Chesapeake Bay Beach Club

Set on Maryland's Eastern Shore in Stevensville, this waterfront resort offers event planners a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Its range of ballrooms, terraces, gardens and smaller rooms can accommodate weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, retreats and social celebrations, from intimate gatherings to larger receptions. The venue advertises more than 30,000 square feet of flexible event space, with room capacities varying by setting and layout.

For weddings, couples can choose from four dedicated venues, each with its own character and ceremony options. The in-house team supports planning from venue selection and room layout to timelines, menus and coordination on the day. Wedding celebrations can extend beyond the main event with welcome gatherings, rehearsal dinners and farewell brunches, while accommodation and a spa and salon are available on the property for wedding parties and guests.

Corporate and social organisers can also arrange meetings, conferences, executive retreats and group celebrations. Event spaces include boardroom-style rooms as well as larger ballrooms, and the venue can assist with catering, room arrangements and event coordination. Food and drink are prepared by the resort's culinary team, with menus shaped around the occasion. Complimentary Wi-Fi and parking are available, and audiovisual equipment can be rented. The property also offers guest rooms, on-site dining, spa services and activities that can complement a programme or multi-day gathering.

With event space, hospitality and accommodation at one destination, the resort gives organisers a practical option for occasions where guests may want to stay on site. Planners can contact the events team to discuss dates, guest numbers, venue options and requirements for their gathering.
