River Rock Event Center

River Rock Event Center is a flexible venue in Belgrade, Montana, available to rent for weddings, reunions, Christmas parties and other private gatherings. It is open to both River Rock residents and the wider public, giving event planners a practical option just outside Belgrade and around ten miles from Bozeman.

The main space is an open room of approximately 2,400 square feet, with a smaller side room for additional activities or a quieter area. A full-service kitchen with a pass-through window supports event preparations, while the venue also provides men’s and ladies’ bathrooms. The 600-square-foot covered patio offers an outdoor setting beside River Rock Pond, and three large garage doors can open the interior onto the patio.

Tables and chairs are included with a rental, helping organisers plan a range of layouts for meals, receptions and social events. The open interior allows the room to be arranged to suit the occasion, whether that means a seated gathering, a dance area or space for guests to mingle. The pond-side setting and covered outdoor space provide an attractive backdrop for celebrations, with an indoor option available for changing weather.

Event planners can contact the association office to ask about availability and rental costs. Reservations require a rental agreement, a security deposit and event insurance. The venue is suitable for organisers seeking a straightforward, adaptable space for a local celebration, with key facilities on site and room to bring guests together indoors and outside.
