The Venue at Hidden Lake

The Venue at Hidden Lake is a family-owned venue in Silverhill, Alabama, offering organisers a scenic setting for weddings, private celebrations and a range of group events. Set beside a lake, the property brings together a vintage barn, a cedar chapel, open lawns beneath mature oak trees and The Overlook, a heated and air-conditioned indoor space with expansive windows across the grounds. The combination gives couples and event planners options for ceremonies, receptions and gatherings in different weather and settings.

Wedding bookings include packages with varying access to the property, from intimate celebrations to full-day or full-weekend use. Depending on the package, organisers can make use of the chapel, barn, lake and lawn, The Overlook, bridal cottage and groom's quarters. The venue lists capacity for up to 125 guests inside the barn, 200 in The Overlook and more than 300 outdoors. Tables, chairs, some linens, parking and access to a catering preparation area are among the available facilities. Organisers may arrange an approved outside caterer, and bar service can be arranged through the venue's licensed partner.

The property also welcomes anniversary parties, birthdays, showers, holiday gatherings, graduations, fundraisers, church events, music performances and corporate occasions. A mobile horse-trailer bar, event decor items and day-of coordination are available as options. Site tours can be arranged before booking, giving organisers the opportunity to view the spaces and discuss the event's requirements. With indoor and outdoor locations on one property, the venue can accommodate both formal celebrations and more relaxed gatherings.
