The salle du Vieux Moulin is a municipal facility available to hire for receptions and meetings in Yvetot. It is suited to organisers looking for a large-capacity venue where they can bring their guests or participants together in one place. Depending on the layout and use, the reception room can accommodate between 150 and 500 people, while the spaces intended for meetings are listed as suitable for groups of 220 to 750 people.
This versatility makes it possible to host events in a range of formats, such as an association party, a family celebration, a meal, a business meeting or a gathering that requires a spacious venue. The stated capacities vary depending on the space and the chosen layout. It is therefore useful to specify the type of event, the number of participants and any requirements for the room layout when enquiring about a booking.
The venue can be hired through the Yvetot town hall. Rates are set in four-hour periods and may be reduced depending on the length of the booking. Bookings must be requested at least ten days in advance. Preferential rates are available to associations based in Yvetot, and, subject to certain conditions, the venue may be provided free of charge once a year. To check availability, applicable rates and the terms of hire, organisers can contact the municipal department responsible for bookings. Located on rue de l'Étang, the venue is a practical option for planning an event for a large audience in the town.
