Elegant Occasions Event Center

Elegant Occasions Event Center offers a flexible setting in Fairburn, Georgia, for organisers planning weddings, parties, corporate gatherings and family celebrations. Its main event space covers more than 3,700 square feet and can accommodate up to 120 guests. The open layout can be arranged for different occasions, with a dance floor, kitchenette, bridal suite, patio and free parking available to support the event.

The venue offers wedding options ranging from reception-only hire to more inclusive packages. Depending on the package, organisers can arrange tables and chairs, linens, décor, catering, a DJ, photography, event coordination and use of the bridal suite. On-site wedding officiants and coordinators are also available. Outside vendors are welcome, giving planners room to bring in their preferred suppliers.

For parties and other celebrations, the venue provides packages for showers, afternoon events, banquets and evening occasions. These can include set-up time, an event manager, tables, chairs and buffet tables, with a dance floor and security included in some options. The space is also offered for corporate events, meetings, graduation parties and memorial gatherings.

Organisers can arrange a venue tour or consultation to discuss the event and suitable package options. The business website also lists a second location in Hogansville, Georgia, under the Elegant Occasions name. Planners should confirm which location and facilities are available for their chosen date when making an enquiry.
