Arrowhead Lodge

Arrowhead Lodge is a year-round venue in Oneida Shores Park, Brewerton, offering event organisers a private setting for weddings, company picnics, family reunions, graduation celebrations and other gatherings. The lodge can accommodate up to 120 guests and is available to hire for a ten-hour period, with reservations accepted up to two years ahead.

Inside, the main reception room can be divided with a folding partition. The building has heating and air conditioning, a fieldstone fireplace, enclosed porches and a full kitchen with commercial cooking and refrigeration facilities. Tables and chairs are included, although organisers arrange their own set-up and take-down, and provide linens, tableware and cooking utensils. Customers can bring their own food or book an approved food-service provider under the parks' catering permit programme.

Outdoor space adds room for guests to gather and take part in activities. Facilities include a patio, commercial barbecue grills, picnic tables, a volleyball court, shuffleboard courts, a horseshoe pit and a softball field. There is adjacent free parking for more than 100 cars. A speaker and microphone, along with a projector and screen, can be made available on request.

The venue offers a flexible option for planners who want to shape their own event, from a wedding reception to a corporate or community gathering. The hire includes the lodge's listed tables, chairs and rubbish removal, while catering and other extras are arranged separately. Organisers can check availability and reserve online, or contact the reservations team about booking dates and arrangements.
