Fen Zen CIC

Fen Zen is a community-focused outdoor venue in Denver, Norfolk, offering its eco roundhouse and eight-acre meadow for hire. Organisers can book either space or bring the two together for an event that suits the setting and respects its environmental values, wildlife and neighbours.

The site has hosted baby showers, birthday celebrations, drumming circles, wellbeing and nurture days, and yoga retreats. Its natural surroundings make it a suitable choice for organisers looking for an informal alternative to a conventional function room, with room to shape a gathering around the landscape and the group's interests. The roundhouse provides a sheltered option, while the meadow offers an outdoor setting for activities and larger gatherings.

Fen Zen also runs its own programme of community and nature-based activities. These include seasonal outdoor gatherings, fire circles, workshops and learning sessions focused on practical skills and connection with nature. The venue's community-interest ethos informs the activities it hosts and the events it welcomes. Prospective organisers are invited to discuss their ideas directly with the team, so they can check that a proposed use is a good fit for the site.

Whether you are planning a small celebration, a retreat or a participatory gathering, Fen Zen offers organisers a distinctive rural setting in the Fens. The venue is intended for events that work in harmony with its natural surroundings and community-minded approach.
