Havens Ranch

Havens Ranch is a family-run outdoor venue set on a working ranch in the Humboldt River Valley, around ten minutes from Winnemucca. Its open grounds, green fields, mature trees, historic ranch buildings and wide mountain views provide a relaxed setting for weddings and other gatherings. The venue is designed for organisers who want an outdoor celebration with room to shape the day around their own plans.

Weddings are a central part of the offering, and the ranch also welcomes birthdays, reunions, retirements, engagements, quinceañeras and work parties. Different packages are available for different guest numbers, with use of the venue grounds and facilities, tables and chairs, preparation time and post-event clean-up. Organisers can make use of an outdoor dance floor, a PA system, a ceremony arch and a bridal suite. Indoor plumbed bathrooms are on site, and the grounds include designated guest parking.

There is no indoor event space or in-house catering. Instead, organisers can choose their own catering suppliers and bring their own alcohol, giving them flexibility over food and drinks. The ranch also offers space for guests to camp in tents or recreational vehicles, which can help turn a celebration into a longer visit. A fire pit and the quiet, open surroundings add to the overnight experience.

The family team works with organisers from an initial visit through to the event, helping them make practical use of the site while leaving room for personal decorations and ideas. With open-air ceremony and reception settings, practical facilities and a distinctly western ranch character, Havens Ranch suits couples and organisers looking for an informal countryside venue in northern Nevada.
