Tannenbaum Event Center

Set among the Sierra Nevada near Reno and Lake Tahoe, Tannenbaum Event Center offers a lodge-style setting for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. The venue combines an indoor reception room with outdoor areas, including a ceremony yard and a deck with mountain views. Its flexible layout can host up to 200 guests, with seating arranged for dinners, meetings or theatre-style presentations. For receptions with a dance floor, the indoor capacity is lower.

The venue is suited to wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as birthday parties, family reunions, fundraisers, company celebrations, retreats and meetings. Couples have access to two private suites for getting ready, and wedding packages are available. Organisers can hire the indoor and outdoor spaces together, with the option to hold an event outside or use the indoor room as a weather backup. Tables, chairs and basic linens are included, along with a built-in bar and venue staff to assist with logistics. Parking is available on site.

For corporate bookings, the space offers an open-plan room, lawn and deck, with different seating formats and weekday hourly rates. Optional audiovisual equipment is available. Catering and bar service are provided by Roundabout Catering, the venue's in-house catering partner, with custom menus and event staffing. Organisers may also bring in other event suppliers, subject to the venue's requirements. Tannenbaum hosts one event per day, allowing the site to be reserved exclusively for the occasion. Its location pairs a mountain setting with access to Reno and the wider Lake Tahoe area.
