Salles Belidanza rents out versatile function and event rooms in Charleroi for both private celebrations and business gatherings. The venue has two separate spaces: Veni & Vidi can accommodate up to 90 guests seated at tables and has an additional multipurpose room. Vici is suitable for groups of up to 60 people. This allows organisers to choose a space that suits the size and format of their event.

The rooms are suitable for weddings, christenings, birthdays, receptions, family celebrations and corporate events, among other occasions. There are also options for meetings, training sessions, seminars, conferences and networking events. Depending on the layout chosen, the business spaces can accommodate smaller or larger groups. Equipment for presentations includes a projection screen, projector, whiteboard, microphone and sound system.

Each room has a professional kitchen, crockery, tables and chairs. The venue has air conditioning, and the rooms come with private terraces and outdoor space. At Veni & Vidi, guests can also enjoy a garden and a romantic gazebo. A private car park with space for more than 90 cars and charging points for electric vehicles makes the venue easy for visitors to reach.

Organisers can hire a room on its own and choose their own suppliers. Those who would like support can request additional services and tailored packages, including catering, table decorations and other practical options. The hire period and chosen facilities can also be adapted to suit the programme. Salles Belidanza therefore offers a flexible venue for both a festive reception and a well-organised business gathering.
