53two

Set beneath Manchester city centre, 53two offers an atmospheric venue for organisers seeking a setting with a character of its own. Its railway-arch surroundings combine exposed brick and an intimate theatre feel, creating a memorable backdrop for live performances, weddings, corporate occasions and private celebrations.

The venue can be arranged for different formats, from theatre and cinema screenings to standing live music, seated dinners and workshops. Its theatre accommodates up to 120 people seated, while standing events, dinners and workshops can host up to 150. Organisers can discuss their plans with the team and arrange a visit to explore the space and its technical facilities.

Wedding hire is available for couples planning a ceremony, reception or a full day of celebrations. The flexible setting lends itself to dinner, live music and an evening party, with room for couples to bring their own styling ideas. For business organisers, the venue is promoted for networking events, product launches, team away days and company celebrations, offering an alternative to conventional conference spaces.

The venue also supports theatre productions, rehearsals, workshops, filming and photography. Its work as an independent arts charity centres on making performing arts more accessible and providing space and support for artists and creative groups. This artistic purpose gives the venue a distinctive identity while making it available to external organisers for a broad range of bookings.

53two is wheelchair accessible and provides accessible and Changing Places toilets. Its central location is a short walk from Deansgate rail and Metrolink stops, with nearby parking options for visitors. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss availability, requirements and a site visit.
